1. Introduction

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Under 39bd's Terms and Conditions, identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) is required before making a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. This only needs to be completed once.

• ID Document: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months).
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account clearly showing the account holder's name.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

Deposits at 39bd can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and any such transactions will be reversed.
• Approved deposits are credited to your balance instantly.

Withdrawal Rules

The following terms apply to withdrawals under 39bd's Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit (the same bKash or Nagad number).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes; however, bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• If an active bonus has pending wagering requirements, withdrawals may be held until those requirements are fulfilled.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000; VIP members are entitled to a higher limit.

General Bonus Terms

• Welcome Bonus: New members get a 100% bonus on their first deposit. Maximum limits and wagering requirements are listed on the promotions page.
• Wagering (Rollover): Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal — usually 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or sports. This will be clearly stated in each offer.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or device claiming bonuses will be considered abuse.

Cashback & Loyalty Points

6. Betting Rules

For Sports Betting and casino games, 39bd follows the rules below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 39bd reserves the right to void or recalculate any bet placed at incorrect odds or affected by a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, the last confirmed bet will be considered final.
• If match-fixing or unfair advantage-seeking is proven, the account will be permanently closed.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20 and the maximum single bet is ৳1,00,000.

Casino Games Rules

Each casino game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate and rules, available within the game itself. 39bd uses certified third-party Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring all outcomes are completely random and fair.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under 39bd's Terms and Conditions:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Using hacking tools, bots, or automation software to play games.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or errors for personal gain.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Cool-Off Period: You can take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time.
